Here are some common applications for our Defender Essential Oil Blend:

Air Purification: Create a clean and germ-free environment in your home or workplace by adding 2-3 drops of the essential oil blend to a diffuser, nebulizer, or pot of simmering water. Diffuse for approximately 20-30 minutes, especially beneficial when someone around you is unwell.

All-Purpose Spray: Make an antibacterial spray for cleaning and disinfecting surfaces in your home or workplace. Simply fill a spray bottle with water and add 1 drop of the essential oil blend for every ounce of water. Shake well before use and spray on countertops, desks, and other surfaces.

Skin and Body Care: Mix 1 drop of the essential oil blend with 4 oz of organic Jojoba or Olive oil to create a massage oil. This blend can be used to alleviate sore muscles, lower back discomfort, neck tension, and tired feet. It can also be applied topically throughout the day for general cold and flu prevention and immune support.

Congestion Relief: Combat congestion by blending 1 drop of the essential oil blend with 4 oz of organic Jojoba or Olive oil. Apply the mixture under the nose or on the chest. Alternatively, add 1-2 drops to a bowl of hot, steaming water and inhale the vapors under a towel to relieve congestion.
Please note that due to the presence of cinnamon and clove in the blend, caution is advised to prevent irritation. Individuals with fair skin, blue eyes, red hair, or a tendency to sunburn easily should dilute Defender in a carrier oil (such as almond oil) before applying it to the skin. Recommended areas for application include the bottom of the feet, nape of the neck, under the arms, and on the chest.
For safety reasons, we do not recommend using Defender in baths or saunas. When diffusing, limit the duration to short periods of 20 minutes or less, both at work and at home.
